Using the service
By creating a ClockMetrics account you agree to use the service lawfully and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for the accuracy of data your workspace submits, including time, leave, expense, and booking records.
Subscriptions and billing
ClockMetrics is billed at £1 per active user, per month, billed annually in advance. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
Free trial
New accounts may start a free trial. No payment is required to begin a trial, and you may cancel at any time before it ends without charge.
Data ownership
You retain ownership of all data you submit to ClockMetrics. We process it solely to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
